National Research & Technology Consortium (NRTC) has been retained as service provider by DEST, HIMCOSTE, Forest Department and HPSPCB for providing manpower on contract basis for its different project Projects, without any employment obligation on part of above department for the manpower provided by NRTC to mentioned department in any case at present or in future.
