Notification Regrading the Screening Test for the Post of Assistant Conservator of Forest (ACF)

It is for information of all the concerned, who have applied for the posts of Himachal Pradesh Forest Services (HPFS) Assistant Conservator of Forest(ACF), Class-I (Gazetted) (in the Department of Forests Himachal Pradesh) in response to the Advertisement No. 19/2019 dated 09-11-2019 that the Screening Test(Objective Type) for said posts has been fixed for 08-03-2020 from 11.00 AM to 01.00 PM in various examination centres at Shimla, Mandi and Kangra at Dharamshala stations of Himachal
Pradesh.

The e-Admit cards and instructions to all provisionally admitted candidates for the above mentioned posts will be uploaded on the website of the Commission i.e. www.hp.gov.in/hppsc and the candidates will also be informed through SMS/ e-mails on their respective Cellular Nos. /e-mail ID(s) provided by them in their respective Online Recruitment Application forms in due course of time.

Therefore, all the provisionally admitted candidates are advised to download their e-admit card(s) alongwith instructions to the candidates from the above mentioned website and to bring e-admit cards in the examination centre on the day of Screening Test alongwith downloaded Online Recruitment Application (ORA) and self attested copies of certificates pertaining to essential qualifications. The candidates who fail to submit the requisite documents on the day of Screening Test, their candidature will be rejected straightway and no further opportunity will be given to submit the documents.
